From 1989 to 1992, Mitch Grossbach worked for AT&T Computer Systems, where he sold local and wide area networking solutions to Amlaw 100 law firms and top tier investment banks.
In 1993, Mitch Grossbach joined LANSystems, a national Systems Integration firm, where Mitch architected global networks for professional services firms.
In 1997 Mitch Grossbach joined software company startup, Interface Software (manufacturers of InterAction Enterprise CRM Software), as the head of Business Development. Mitch moved to London, U.K. in 1999 to become the Managing Director of Interface Software's international operations, whereby he helped grow the customer base throughout the world. In 2001, Mitch Grossbach became the Vice President of Sales for Interface Software's "new markets" team.
Mitch Grossbach joined Ford Models in 2005, where he headed up Ford's Media and Entertainment business as SVP of Business Development. Mitch also became Chief Revenue Officer for Ford Models just prior to leaving in 2009.
Mitch Grossbach became the Chief Revenue Officer of Modelinia in 2009, where he led the monetization of the company. Modelinia was a branded entertainment destination launched by Full Picture, LLC, and funded by Polaris Partners.
Mitch Grossbach joined CAA in January of 2011, where he launched CAA's Fashion Division. While at CAA, Mitch has been instrumental in the agency signing numerous members of the fashion talent community and spearheading deals for them in new areas.
